Why does everything have to take so long?

I mean really...what is the hold up with DFCS? I inquired about a brother/sister group in Georgia last week. My Case Worker sent over my home study last Thursday. The kids Case Worker said that she would try to read it on Friday. Ok, it is 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday night so tomorrow will be the earliest I can expect an response...which is not the next day as previously indicated but a week later! Why is it that everything moves in week increments when dealing with DFCS?
